i like it but things to improve on would be shadowing and different shades of colour (color) in the face other than that i think it was a good job

EDIT: looking at it again i noticed the middle of the guys jumper either has been forgotten to be filled in or you wanted it like that.
And some of the edges seem to be abit blurry.

Thank you for the feedback. I didn't want to mess with the shading yet because I do not properly know how to do it. Aside from the point, thanks for your CC and feedback.

Your lines are very messy.
I would find another way to color in the spots.
Color on another layer, under the outline.

And he looks BLAZED. Fix his eyes.
It needs more detail.
And it looks very flat and dull, put some shading and lighting.
