To install a game to my menu does the game have to have no scratches at all ? My Black Ops 2 has 2 scratches and it still won't work. Im not sure if its my jtag or the disc.

It should work fine as long as the Xbox can read the disc, but the scratches could mean your disc is damaged. Can your retail read it? And you could go to a local gaming store that has a scratch remover...

all you need to do is let the popup ask you if you want to leave it hovering above confirm close the trey manual and let the disk start spinning (like when you start a game when it speeds up) and then hit the confirm and it should start the transfer.
