I've seen about 3 topics in 5 minutes, so let me clear this up.
There is a patch released about 4 hours ago (1.06 BO2 Patch) in which Treyarch patched these lobbys, as well as nerfed guns, exploits and perks.
Black ops 2 Update 1.06 patch notes.
Addressed an exploit where the game allowed access to the Custom Games Settings while believing the game was Public Matchmaking, allowing XP.
