I want a new PC that can run games like GTA IV on some decent graphics but i only have 500$ saved up and thats my current budget range, im Canadian so any prices outside of canada will probably be more for me Unless the US and Canadian Dollar are at PAR of course EDIT** Yes this is for a Custom PC.

Well if building one is an option, r00t has some pretty good builds around that price.
