Well to make wager matches happen better, there should be a stake option so it automatically goes through to the other player without having the hassle of them not paying up or giving out their players

You can suggest things to them via Twitter. I have done that in the past mate.

Theoratically, yes you CAN give them suggestions, but they dont really care and will keep doing things their own way
