Hi everyone,
i have a hp envy 6 laptop running windows 8 and recently it cannot access the internet although it says it is connected, the laptop is only 1 month old and all my other devices(phones and Ipad) can still access the internet fine, does anyone know how to fix this and if they had a similar problem on their windows 8 device.
