It looks like you messed with the settings. Try to restart your computer. (probably wont work though)

Try reinstalling your internet browser. (Chrome,firefox,IE)

Try go to internet (Firefox, safari, or whatever) then click setting/preferences.
On general tab, click restore to default. And try to delete all the cookies and cache.

Glad you got it working again... yeah chrome is best in my opinion but firefox is a close second
