Now, i read the rules for this forum. It says not selling of accoutns, im not asking to sell or buy one. It also says no trading of account, im not asking to trade. Trading is where you give something and then reiceve something in return. I am wondering if any of you guys can make a PBE account? It is not letting me at the moment. And if anyone has a PBE account that they are not using can i borrow it? Im not asking to have ot to myself...i just want to try all of the champions on the game to see who i like and such.
