Title says it all? i got 2 health bars ATM

You get the tattoos as you progress in the game and they will give you more health bars.

I've bought lots of skills with skill points but i don't think my health bars have gone up

You have unlock the tree in the Shark category all the way to the left hand side, until you see Crosses, then you'll be able to unlock them.

You get more when you level up and get new tattoos
