I think what he is trying to say is the useless parts of school. A majority of the information you learn in school you will never remember. The grading system is not based on "What you know" it is based on temporarily remembering the information or doing homework. School does not assess your "knowledge" it assess how much time and work you are willing to put into some worthless stuff. You do learn valuable social skills, and how to respect and treat other... follow societies rules etc, but if you truly think about 75% of the stuff they teach you will not ever need. I believe that schooling shouldn't just be a wide variety of BS stuff you learn, you should pick an area you want to go into after maybe say middle school. I mean obv. you do need to go through and learn some basic stuff, learn what you are interested in etc. But you don't need all this BS when you get to the HS level.

It's like practice for real life. It gives you certain knowledge. Some you will use and some you will not.
