in my opinion the k/d does not matter to me and that does not mean i am bad seen i have a 3.72 k/d.

It only matters if you a competitive person and you want to better then others. which is fair enough.

But yet you also have to take into consideration that you get more challenges and XP by going for the objectives (capturing flags, planting bombs, etc...). And I would love to have the oppurtunity in any game to say "Yea, I went 15-56... But you know what? Our team still won!" Anytime when you can beat a team of kill-whoring try-hards by going for the objectives over kills, you know your playing the game the way it was meant to be played.

I'm the kind of person that would ensure they kept a positive K/D if it meant I didn't help to e.g. capture the flag or destroy an objective

Most people just play the game for fun and don't care about their K/D.
