With gamestop being one of the biggest gaming companies in the world i highly doubt they would lie about a release date. This release date was sent to gamestop a lon while ago.
Im getting tired of people saying that there is no confirmed release date and its coming this spring. you will be feeling retarded besause it is tthe ONLY OFFICIAL release tha made by Rockstar Games. They said nnothing about it coming this spring.

1st. No one would release a game on December the 31st
