A New and Unique Server
Welcome to Broncin City. Thanks for taking the time to drop by and read this. This server is a unique concept, so I do suggest reading this info! We are a city. You live in the city and your objective is based around working your way to the top of society. PvP is enabled is some parts of the city so watch your back. The Police Officers cant always save you. By using the citys facilities that the Mayor has kindly donated you can work your way from a lowly fugitive, who has just escaped prison, to a well-known and respected Citizen.
You join our server as the rank of a fugitive who has recently escaped from one of the many prisons out there. You are a changed person, or are you? Your mission is to become a Citizen of Broncin City and then, if you want, create a city of your own. With Cities you can earn money through taxes! But dont make them too high, otherwise people will leave and your city will become bankrupt, an interesting idea though.
There is no whitelist, so you can easily jump into the city straight away and play. Also, we have no reserve slot system which means slots come at first come first serve basis. Youll be sure to get a slot though. The server is run on a professional, high speed server with virtually no lag and the server is online 24/7!
Ranks:
Low Class Ranks:
Fugitive Cost: $0 Default rank. A fugitive is an escapee of a prison. Keep your head down and no officers will notice you. You are the lowest of the low. Make allies and rank up fast. The sooner you rank up, the better.
Peasant Cost: $10,000 Second Rank. You are still a measly old peasant. But youre working your way up and thats great. You are reasonably well known in the low-class district; use that to your advantage. Ability to rent a house, renting a house is recommended.
Farmer Cost: $17,500 Good job. While walking down the street you hear your name. Youre getting a bit more popular now. The locals now know your name, but watch out. You dont earn a few friends without earning some enemies. Watch your back.
Middle Class Ranks:
Worker Cost: $30,000 Youve been moved up to the middle class district. You may go back to the low class district if you so wish. But its not recommended due to the amount of savages. Ability to rent middle class houses. I heard a rumour that someones jealous of your recent success, keeping quiet would be advised until you next rank up. Access to an upgraded shop and some great new things.
Member Cost: $65,000 Youve been spotted by the Mayor and given official member status of the city, congratulations! How do you feel? Through your promotion youve earned a lot of respect and some nifty new commands to use! But you arent finished yet, high class society awaits!
High Class Ranks:
Civilian Cost: $75,000 A trusted member of the community, the Mayor, therefore, grants you access to some of the most prestigious facilities! Ability to rent high class houses at affordable prices!
Citizen Cost: $135,000 Currently the highest paid rank available on the server. You now have to ability to create your own city, but it isnt cheap. Creating a city will earn you a hefty profit if you are successful! You now have access to precious-stones which will enable you to protect land in the wilderness, at a price of course.
Police Force Ranks:
Officer Accepted by an owner after applying on the forum topic Access to the Police Station. Ability to use the Officer kits located within the Police Station. Access to muting commands when no higher rank is online. Patrol Areas: Low Class and Middle Class Districts
Sr Officer Promoted after spending 10 hours on the server Access to more kits, including a bow and arrow kit. Again, access to muting commands when no higher rank is online. You know have the task of patrolling all districts of the city. Patrol Areas: All Districts
FBI Promoted after spending 30 hours on the server Now as part of the FBI your job is to patrol the whole city and the wilderness for contraband. You also now have the ability to raid drug farms to earn some cash. Access to /kick Patrol Areas: All Districts and Wilderness
Sheriff Handpicked by the Owners There can only be a maximum of two Sheriffs at once. Sheriffs to the same jobs as the FBI only Sheriffs have to moderate the chat as well. Sheriffs are well respected members of the community and thus have access to banning commands and unique kits.
Staff Ranks:
Chat Mod Accepted through Chat Moderator applications by an owner As a chat mod you play on the server like a normal Citizen only your job is to moderate the chat at all times and keep the chat appropriate.
Sr Mod Promoted from Chat Mod Earned through dedication to moderating the server over a long period of time. Access to additional commands and the trust of the admins.
Admin Promoted from either a Sr. Mod of Sheriff by both Owners An admin runs and maintains the server. All queries will be answered by an admin. An admin assumes the position of OP on the server and therefore has a lot of responsibilities. An admin should be respected at all times.
Owner Must be either myself (Dean) or Stu An owner makes the final decision in situations and an owner oversees the general running of the server. This rank is unobtainable as it is reserved for the two server owners.
No Hacked Clients
No unapproved mods/3rd party programs
No xray mod/xray texture packs
No spamming or advertising
Be respectful to all players and staff
No excessive swearing/profanity
No city griefing or major griefing (Minor griefing is fine)
Do not exploit bugs/glitches/loop holes
The above rules may result in a permanent/temporary ban, kick and/or mute from the server.
No contraband items* - If seen by a police officer you will have 5 seconds to hand over the item(s) or risk jailtime or death
No PvP Abuse May result in 5/10 minutes of jailtime.
No camping Instant 5 minute jailtime
No dropping sand/gravel in the mines Instant 15 minutes of jailtime (or temporary ban depending on the severity or continued rule breaking)
No using potions in non-pvp areas 1st offence = 15 minute jailtime, 2nd offence = 1 day ban
*Contraband Items: Swords, bows, arrows, harmful potions, drugs, lava bucket, flint and steel.
We strive to be the best city possible. Unfortunately there are some members of the city which do not comply with City Rules. The Police Forces job is to ensure that everyone is following the City Rules at all times. The Police Force ranks are role playing ranks and they are not staff (Except a Sheriff which is staff).
Contraband Information:
If a contraband item is seen, order the player to give it over. If the player does not comply after a 5 second countdown - Jail if in non-PvP - Kill if in PvP. If a player runs, jail them, this includes running from non-PvP to PvP areas.
If a player is trolling you by pulling out multiple contraband items in order to annoy you simply ask for all of that specific item (For example, all swords or all arrows) and continue a normal countdown, if after the countdown the player has not handed over all of the specific items jail if in a Non-PvP area and kill if in a PvP area.
Contraband is allowed in plots/areas that the player owns. You may not ask for contraband if they are in an area that they own. However, once they step out of the area normal rules apply if they still have the contraband item(s).
PvP Information:
You are allowed to kill any player who kills another player/you. However, if there is a player attacking someone else and the other player does not fight back you may not kill the player who does not fight back.
If a player is camping another player by keeping them in one location in order to kill them you may instantly jail them regardless of their position.
Officer Behaviour In-Game:
You may only jail/kill other players if you have a legitimate reason to do so. Also, dont kill other officers... too much.
Remain respectful to all players and staff and do not insult other players. The server rules still apply to you and you should follow them.
You may not abuse any of your unique commands and you may not (un)jail players simple because they are your friends, etc.
You may not store/trade/give out any items of your officer kit(s). These items are only to be used by officers. If you do accidently drop a kit item that another player picks up firstly record their name, then attempt to retrieve the item and if you cannot then contact an admin or owner who will then deal with it.
You may only use muting commands when no higher rank than yourself if currently online. You may only mute for a maximum of 10 minutes per mute. If a player breaks a rule that is ban worthy please mute that player and provide evidence of him/her breaking the rule(s) on the forum topic so s/he can be dealt with.
Hello! If youre reading this then youre probably interested in joining the police ranks and becoming an officer. Wed be glad for you to apply. All you need to do is follow two simple steps. Number one is to meet all the requirements listed below. And number two is to post an officer application (by following the application template below) and replying to this topic!
You must:
Be respectful to all players
Have played on the server for at least 5 days
Be fair and mature
Understand the theme and rules of the server clearly
Know and understand both server and city rules
You must not:
Have any negative actions against your account, for example, mutes, bans, etc (Being jailed does not affect your application)
Ask an owner to check your officer application more than twice in game
Make little effort in your applications, we want people who can put detail into their application but you dont need to write too much so dont worry. A few lines for the questions is fine.

Simply fill out the application above and reply here to send in your application! Note: We try to reply to as many police applications as possible. Once you have posted your application it is now known as Pending until an owner Accepts or Denies it. If you have been denied, or received no reply, you may reapply in seven days. However, we do suggest that you change your application a bit to improve it. Police Officers will be accept at no specific time just when we need more officers we will accept some.
Why hello there! If youre reading this then you most likely would like to become a moderator. Becoming a moderator works the same way as becoming a guard does. Via an application. The application can be found below, simply fill it out and reply below.
Here are some moderator guidelines before you apply:
Offences to mute for:
Minor chat spam
Excessive swearing
Excessive caps lock (When sentences are 75% caps)
Minor Server Advertisements (For example, talking about other servers)
Player/Staff disrespect
Insulting other players/staff
Offences to ban for:
Major Chat Spam
Advertising
Racism 1st Offence = 6 hour ban, 2nd Offence = 3 day ban, 3rd Offence = Permanent ban
If in doubt of what action to take always ask a more experienced Chat Mod or Admin.
A moderators job is to help Admins and Owners to deal with chat related issues such as answering questions people may have, helping out others, banning chat rule breakers and generally keeping the chat in order. Besides this a chat moderator is free to play on the server like a regular Citizen.
Requirements for the Moderator position are as follows:
Must be the rank of Civilian or higher
Must have played on the server for at least 3 weeks
Know and understand the server and city rules
Must know basic commands for helping new players to do things such as rank up and send money to other players and so forth.
Must be fair and mature

Voting Daily
By far one of the easiest ways to make money, simply visit the voting websites (listed above) and insert you IGN (In-game name) to earn $1500 per day!

Although donating isnt free. When you do donate we throw in some extra cash for you, just to say thanks.
Make a Suggestion
We always want to improve our server. But we dont always know how. L So we ask for you to simple reply to this topic gives us suggestion(s) as to how we can improve. Anything as simple as Add a new building... for example... and so forth is perfect and will earn you a big $5000 per suggestion!
Write a Server Review
We like to hear your opinions, to see what we are doing right, so we can aim to continue that. And what we are doing wrong, so we can fix that. Simply reply to this topic saying Server Review: then your review and well give you $5000 for your effort!
Refer a Friend to the Server
If you like our server why not invite some of your buddies to come play? If you invite one of your friends youll earn $3000 per friend that you invite! Sounds easy, it is!
If you ever need to speak to one of the owners the best place to find us is in-game. Just send one of us a message in-game and well reply if we arent AFK. If we cant manage to reply to you, sorry! Try using one of these methods:
If we don't respond to the in-game message, sorry! Sumbit a ticket instead. /ticket <message>
and we will reply!
If you have been banned from our server you may appeal that ban in order to be unbanned from our server! You may only appeal a ban if you have been banned in the last 3 weeks of this current date. Otherwise, your appeal will be unlikely to be accepted.
To appeal a ban please post a reply following this format:
In-game Name:
Who were you banned by?
When were you banned? (Date of ban)
What was the ban reason?
Do you admit fault?
What was your current rank?
Why should you be unbanned?
Any other information?
An Owner/Admin will review your ban appeal as soon as possible. However, do not beg for it to be reviewed. If it has not been reviewed in 7 days you may change and repost it.
