I purchase Mw2 from the marketplace on my retail, next I transfer it to a USB big enough, and transfer it via XeX menu to my games folder on my RGH would that work just because my disc is slightly scratched and the game won't rip it.

I don't think it will because you need the ISO's FF files and BIK files it will only work on the xbox itself not the xex menu.

It would work, you would have to use GOD2ISO to unpack its contents into a .iso and then you have a moddable version of the game
