Probably the U.K. I mean, I'm from the U.S.A, but we're not in the greatest economical shape, and if we spent millions of dollars on funding a war, it would not end well.

Even though im from England, i would have to say the US becuase they are much bigger than us and it takes what less than an hour to get from Scotland to South England so the US would have a much easier job than us.

Judging by the size of the armed forces of each country, the USA would have the advantage.
