Elgato because the hd pvr is an electrical fire waiting to happen(dont know about hdd pvr 2) also elgato is getting a cool new feature allowing you to live stream staight to twitch etc...Also elgato comes with free editing software wich is quite good.. So Elgato in my opinion

Elgato quick n' easy set up all you need is a usb and 2 HDMI cables and you're done
