Every time I download a MW2 patches it has a "READ ME.txt" how do I read it?

I don't believe you can i think you just have to read them on PC

Yep, the Xbox won't recognize .txt. They are made to be read on the computer.

that'd be cool tho if someone could find a way to run .txt files on a RGH/Jtag
