I have the i5 3450 CPU @ 3.10GHz. Should i upgrade to i7 or stay with my i5?

Stick with i5. You will probably not use the full i7. What's your other specs?

i7 isnt really worth the money if you use your PC mainly for gaming.
that i5 is still decent so id stick with it.

Stick with i5 you will not get the full use of an i7.
