Cell Phone Addiction

I can NOT stand people who can not for the life of their entire family put down their cell phone for more that 15 minutes.
For example my cousin who is living in my house to go to college, 85% of the time I try and talk to her she either ignores me or doesn't make eye contact with me when we are talking because she is either:
1. texting
2. on facebook or other social media
3. Talking really obnoxiously
And to put a cherry on top she uses my internet to do all of those things, but I put up with it cause she is family and I love my family. Anybody else and they would already be on the streets.
Now this is not a rant on why I think my cousin is super annoying person, but she is a prime example of why I extremely hate cell phone addicts. And don't take this the wrong way, but most of them tend to be girls. I am not saying that guys are completely innocent here guys are just as guilty.
Anyways back on topic, I work at a small sports store and at least 4 out of 10 customers come in on there phones and don't even look up once while I help them out with finding a product, I mean people need to have the respect to look some one in their eye and be able to talk face to face. If you don't have the ability to do that then take care of all your business online, so people won't have to put up with your crap!
Let me know what you guys think. I'm not here for an argument just want to voice my opinion that's all.

Yup I honestly don't know how people like that hold down jobs with that kind of lifestyle.

I know that is another point I didn't throw in the topic, but when your eating meals with family/friends at least put the phone down.

Yup and the sad part is that the majority of people that do it don't even realize that it comes off rude.

Some people have business to take care of. Life is getting faster as technology grows. Though, the kids and teens at the table that talk and text to random friends (constantly of course) just need to be taught some basic manners. When people do it in stores, I just look at is as they have business to take care of. I'm anti-social, so if I worked as a cashier, I would most likely enjoy it more if they were on paying little to no attention to me, lol.
