I achieved the dagger last night, I got it right when I hit a 100kd. Honestly you have a shit load of downs and it needs a lot of work if you dont wanna start a new account. You would need like double your kills so i would say like 65,000 kills and thats only if you dont get anymore downs, the more downs you get the harder it will be.

I recommend you start a new account unless you wanna grind your kills this way but your gonna need to do weeks of grinding just for the dagger and for the shotgun, i wont even get started.

i forgot to add, if people say you cant rank up in custom games then they are wrong because once i got my 100kd (in a custom game) and backed out i ranked up just to let you know

i also think there is different ways of ranking up so dont go saying im wrong people, this is the way i ranked up though.

Nope. As other have stated it kills/downs. Think about it , if they just made it so u rank up with high rounds pretty much everyone on my list would have dual shotguns. They set the ranking system based by kills to downs a simple to understand but hard to achieve the goal method. It would b way way way too easy to rank up if it were only one aspect/stat to concentrate on.
