High Caliber Gaming Battlefield 3 Division
What's up fellow Battlefield 3 players and welcome to another clan recruitment topic. I know the majority of people will probably not read this, but I'm giving it a try anyway. I'm from a new rising clan hoping to create a division for the game battlefield. The point of this clan division being created was for people to come on and play with some friends and have some fun. Were not a crazy clan that requires you to be insanely good at the game, but we do require you not to suck. [HCG] has a simple but effective ranking system as well, for people to move up the ladders. This will be based on a combination of skill and game time with the clan. Overall were here to have fun and win some battlefield games!

How To Join:
1. Sign into Xbox Live
2. Open up a new message
3. Message P90x NoVa Saying: "Yo Bro Can I Get Into HCG.?"
4. I respond back saying: "For Sure Broski Your In.!!"
5. I will invite you to a party to explain what is going on in the clan and where you will fit in the division
6. Enjoy, make new friends, and wreck shit up in BF3!

How the Clan Works:
Each Division is Considered a Game. Battlefield 3 is a division. Once the division is big enough (20 People), The division will split the 20 people into 2 platoons. This creates 2 Captains, and 2 Lieutenants, and the Colonel oversees both platoons. Once platoons are created it is the Captains job and Lieutenants job to either recruit themselves or get the platoon to recruit, the colonel is no longer responsible. When platoons have a minimum of 15 people they will be sectioned off into squads. 3 squads max, this creates 3 Master Sergeants. The choice is up to the CO's (Lieutenant, and Captain) to pick the 3 Master Sergeants.From there the platoon can continue growing, or it may stop. This choice is up to the CO's of the platoon and the Colonel of the division.If the clan is too big there will be changes made to the structure of the clan to better organize the players.

Upper Ranks - General [HCG+], Commander [HCG+]
Officer Ranks - Lieutenant [HCGl], Captain [HCGc], Colonel(Advisor) [HCGa]
Lower Ranks - Private [HCGp], Sergeant [HCGs], Master Sergeant [HCGm]
Officer Ranks - Lieutenant [HCGl], Captain [HCGc], Colonel(Advisor) [HCGa]
Lower Ranks - Private [HCGp], Sergeant [HCGs], Master Sergeant [HCGm]

Private - Newbie/No Power
Sergeant - Recruiter
Master Sergeant - Squad Leader (If Platoon Is Big Enough)
Lieutenant - Platoon Overseer
Captain - Platoon Commander
Colonel - Division Leader
General - Division Overseer
Commander - Clan Overseer
Sergeant - Recruiter
Master Sergeant - Squad Leader (If Platoon Is Big Enough)

Vehicle Specialization:
Now in addition to ever members rank they will now add a new vehicle specialization along with their rank. This is what vehicle you are best in, and you will be given a star based on your experience with the vehicle as well as your skill in the vehicle. If you are not a big fan of vehicles and are not very good with them, no worry there is an infantry rank to boost your status in. So what are you waiting for? SHOW US WHAT YOU GOT!

I've recently received offers to join other clans. Just so everyone knows I'm not interested in joining any other clan no matter how big. I've been through big clans before and they all get to hectic because the leaders are corrupted and power hungry. I try to keep the drama to a minimum in my clan, and will deal with it immediately. I have no problem being a regular rank, I made this clan to have fun, and not have to listen to people complain about them not being a captain or some higher rank. It is not my job what rank you receive it is the division leader/platoon/squad leader. If you want to lead so badly just wait it out until some leader goes offline for a while or quits because he wasn't promoted. If you have any questions about the division, contact P90x NoVa.
