Alright, well, I was using the modding tool, cuz I don't have a Nether Fortress in my world. BUT, The tool doesn't work!! Is there gonna be an updated verion of it?

Since you don't have a nether fortress, just start a new world, put it on creative, then start it.
Build a nether portal and if you find a nether fortress, leave the game and copy the seed down on a piece of paper.
From there you can make a new world, put it on survival, then use that seed for it.
