I see this far to often people should not even consider buying a JTAG if they think its simple and just connect to xbox live. The only current way to get online is using xbls(xbox live stealth) The prices for there online spots are

$80 - 24 hours
$175 - 72 hours
$300 - weekly
$1,000 - monthly

Ok so allot of people seem to say that there JTAG/RGH doesn't show up in system link.

The most common reason for this is they do not have the same title update on both jtag and
retail. if you want updates the main ones can be found at xbox360mods.co.uk or just simply get it from your retail xbox.

Also make sure both consoles are connected to the same router or you can system link with one Ethernet cable but you can NOT use xbox live unlocks on if you use this method.

cod 5, cod 4 and a few other games the update needs to be placed in your cache folder.

Also games such as black ops have RSA checks so you will need to remove them before modding or nothing will happen.

Ok allot of people seem to think you have to download the games and then put the game files on usb and copy over. This is only if you don't have a hard copy of the game.

if you do have a hard copy of the game simply go to xex menu, press y then click copy dvd.
just pop the disc in the tray and wait for it to install.
