Well ever since i got my xbox it has had a skipping issue nothing big doesn't even bother me that much.
Just about every 2-5 hours it will skip for about 25 seconds then play smooth again.
When it skips it basically stops for about 5 seconds play and then stops again does this about 3 times.
If i am host of a game it will do the same for everyone in the game if i am not host it will just be me.
no it's not my games because hit does this to me at the dashboard too.
Just wondered if this happens to anyone else

are u trying to refer to the 4 stages of lag where you lag then move then stop and so on until the 4 or 5th time when it goes back to normal???

Yeah mine is like that 4 - 5 stages of lag then back to normal

Whenever your disc tray inside of your xbox gets hot, it always does it. It does nothing so dont worry about it.

My old xbox used to do this around every 3 hours. It only happend to me on mw2 though.
