As many of you; in fact a 7th of the world of you already know; gangnam style is an insanely popular youtube video that is about to reach 1,000,000,000 views. (The first ever)

There is a theory regarding the aforementioned video about this being the first step toward the apocalypse; the initial trigger if you will.


There are many claims that Nostradamus had predicted that gangnam style would be the beginning of the end; with a vague reference to the music video which is very open to interpretation.
"From the calm morning, the end will come when of the dancing horse the number of circles will be nine." The nine circles are the zero's in the billion views; implying that when gangnam style reaches 1,000,000,000 views, eerily on the 21st of december 2012, the apocalypse will be triggered.

"We said it was a sign that the end of the world was approaching and invented the prophecy."

His joke subsequently became the basis for a spoof five-minute "documentary" posted on YouTube that ties Nostradamus and Psy to the December 21 apocalypse prophesied by the Mayans and has garnered nearly 1.5 million views. "

So for any of you guys out there who actually believe this theory (which was ridiculous from the start) the original creator of the rumour has opened up and told the world he made it all up.
