You should be able to get that for 40k as futhead prices are generally higher than the actual cost of cheaper players.

Ive personally had that squad early on as I got a few ligue 1 players in my starter packs and it destroys other teams if you can keep the ball.

Maybe replace santana with IF Naldo depending on his price at the moment as I am unsure.

you could always change busquetes for Xavi at CDM, but personally I prefer a defensive midfielder in this formation.
