I'm sure almost everybody has seen the video of the guy aiming or shooting the laundromat door and a beam appearing. I think there's some sort of way to control those beams that appear and make them appear where u want and i think this is true because when you do the richtofen side of the EE you have to make the Nav Card table.under the Obelisk where all the signals are shot out from, I think that when you have the Nav table built and the Richtofen EE done you put the Nav Card in the Navcard machine and at that time u shoot to make the beam of light appear on a specific location maybe on the bus driver somehow so maybr somehow when u put the Nav card in the Machine and shoot the bus driver maybe the Navcard information might be sent in that signal to the bus driver thus maybe opening a new road and thats what i think. Comment your opinion

**ALSO** another secret spot could be in the Bank because I've noticed any character that walks into the vault at the bank says " Hey, i think I've been here before" or something like that.


Another secret spot to make a beam might be the diner because thats where the bus driver says that there is a Navigation Card error at the road before diner because the main road is blocked off.
