Unless DayZ Is very hard to run the Hd 4000 should manage to some extent.

DayZ has always been extremely hard to run and has brought some of the best of rigs to its knees. That doesn't mean it is a good looking game but it is a realistic war sim with huge environments which uses a huge amount of GPU and CPU power. If you play on lower settings on the game though it uses more CPU power for graphics than GPU so if the laptop you linked has a somewhat decent CPU you may get away with playing it at around low.
