You don't. The Code of Conduct has been changed, due to too many idiots changing their account information, to make it look like their name was in their gamertag to get a free change. If you did not want your name in it, why the hell did you create a gamertag with your name in it? Duh! Pay for the change yourself.

call them i'm sure that if your Gt is (ex for someone named james bond Gt:JamesBond4537 then they would say they can change it ps ik thats not a real situation but just saying, and if your name is something random sounding like chuop goop xD then your gamertag is chuopgoop743 then you shouldn't try! but call 1-800-my-xbox... Hope this helps

There is no possible way. The changing name thing doesn't work, and also the reporting of the GT. So you are going to have to pay for it.
