Hi guys I recently got a G7 Mouse from one of my friend and sometimes the cursor just stop moving for nothing and I need to wait for it to unfreeze. Can someone help me please ill +rep

I've been through 3 Logitech mice. They're just defective garbage.

From what I read there's a short somewhere in the wiring, it's probably screwed and needs to be replaced.

It's 1 year old.... can I send it back to logitech

BTW i dont have the waranty paper or the bill anymore

You should be fine anyway. I didn't have a receipt for my first one, they just ask for a part number and whatever from the mouse which you might still have on it.

My latest warranty they simply asked for a picture because I didn't have a tag on mine that had a part number or anything.

I honestly think you are wrong there. I have a G400 and I have had no problems or issues with it. Has been working fine for 1 1/2 years.

Oh just wait. I had a G5 that just turned off and came back on in seconds and two G500's which did exactly the same thing.

or you can get brand new batteries and see if that clearls it up?
