So I myself prefer to play as a battle mage with the ability to use dual wielded swords and staves but i've read that now there is finally the ability to enchant staffs and i've no idea how to do this and i've unlocked all the new shouts just trying to find out how to do it.
Can anyone help me with this?

To be honest, i've spent alot of time at the crafting bench lately messing with new items and stuff, and i have not noticed anything new about the staffs,

I haven't even came across a unchanted staff yet.

Well if i remember correctly in the old morrowind game, there was a quest for some to find a tree and carve him a staff. I duno if this is in the dlc tho.

go to the town where there is mushrooms(cant remember what its called) then talk to the mastermage the guy that knows where the black books are. Get him a steward then he will let you use the staff enchanter. hope this helped

thanks hynderz managed to get all of his quests down and he gave me the staff enchanter to use with my spells just hoping it will work with master spells when i get all of them
