Well it all started a few months ago when my console became banned for legitly no reason,
they said I accessed xbox live with hardware modifications, witch wasn't true i took a video of my xbox of me turning it on and was playing around with it to show them there were no modifications what so ever. I have been repeatedly contacting them about this and how it was a screw up on there part, and they kept giving me the same answer witch was
"Apologies, but this forum is solely for the purpose of learning the reasoning behind individual Xbox console bans, not to debate their duration or validity. The ban will stand as issued."
until to day when i received this cute message

So after i saw this I then of course lol'd and yet again set them another message about my console being banned.
So simply reflect with me on this.
OK status update
after that last message they send me like I said i sent them another message back so after about 24 hours I revive a phone call from xbox and we talked and I explained to them the situation after that I was told that there was a mistake in the system and that I wasnt the only one that became banned with out reason, and that it will take any where from 4 to 7 weeks befor my console and account will be unbanned. Defiantly an achievement and to all the people who posted hate all I can say is i told you so .

You're smart. :facepalm: Stop being such an idiot. I bet you were banned for a perfectly good reason and harassing Microsoft employees will definitely not reverse your ban.

My friend got banned for no reason.
He called them and and got unbanned 3 days later
Belive me or not! But he got banned for exactly bo reason.

I want to see what they do first before anythings done.
Atm im waiting to see what they say to the last reply I sent them. Even so that's something I wouldn't rush into right of the back I will give it some time before letting it progress to that level. If it become clear that I have to bring it to court than so be it.

Well, I agree with the enforcement team.
You obviously must have done something for your console to be banned. And pestering them on their forums, after being told to stop won't get you very far.

I think you should just quit trying to annoy them because its just waisting there time, They don't want to help you get it unbanned, I had an account that got banned until 9999 because the message said "For selling services on XBL"I never had any type of mods or send out a msg saying something like "Will host 10th lobby for 1600 MSP" My account kept getting signed in else where so called MS and they said "Don't keep signing it in, Let him be on it for a bit and well do are best to get him off of it" So did that, Came back 2 hours later and my account was banned, Contacted them saying "You guys told me to let him be on my account while it you were suppost to fix it and now my account is banned" There reply was, Sorry to say but we have no proof of your account being signed in else where" Found out about TTG about 2 weeks later then came on here and bought a jtag then realised how good of a gaming community TTG was then decided to stay

(Excuse my grammar, but I hate going back through and fixing it) I have in fact given them valid proof, I would show you the conversations and video but there's to much of my personal info involved. Also I know many people that have spent around the same amount on xbox as I have and its honestly not that hard to do if you don't play just one game, and I wasn't talking about a single account, I was talking about everything involved with my xbox . Obviously you don't know how the enforcement team works, there are no conversations on the phone, they do not allow people to call them because they would get phone calls all day every day about bans, and this is part of the reason I am harassing them,I would like to speak with an enforcement team member over the phone, trust me. I will say my conversations with ms are professional and I do not show them disrespect, but in all honesty this is what you end up having to do when xbox gives you no other choices or options for when something like this happens. Also if your just going to flame the thread don't say anything at all.

Proof that you claimed to be able to host a challenge lobby online is above. You also claimed you had a "tag" which as an illegally modified console. Jtagging a console requires a hardware modification that you said you never had. This is why you were banned and NOT falsely accused by Microsoft.
