ok so i can get the clip to say start clip and when i start it it freezes my ps3 so dose that mean the glitch is patched or what do i do now cause im lost

That's because COD TV is down most likely until they patch it. I don't know how many times it must be said that it is not working as of now.
I also advise you to not do it whenever there is a way because you will most likely be reset.
