Either drop your settings or get a better comp. Without any details we really don't know if your PC can handle it lol

Your only hope is to turn anti aliasing all the way off and put it on the lowest settings possible. And on the off chance you downloaded the HD texture pack update, definitely delete that as there is no way your computer can run it. Same goes for texture enhancing mods such as better lighting and everything.

But even after all that, your computer still won't be able to run it very well.

Best thing to do is drop your settings low, until you stop getting lag, and if you continue to get Lag maybe your computer isnt kitted to play it

You're PC isn't able to play skyrim without lagging, and if you somehow manage to get it to run at a playable FPS (at least 30) then I will be very surprised.

For one, a laptop isn't really what PC games were meant for, especially with Intel G45/G43 chipset.
