I am looking for a person that can make a plugin for my minecraft server(s).

What I want is a plugin that will create a personal world for each player or group of players, much like the current skyblock plugins. Each world must be limited to a number of chunks (configurable). Once the player has created a world, they must be able to invite and kick people from their world. Once a player joins, the world should expand a few chunks (configurable).

Just to clarify, the world is like any other. With ores, trees, lava, and the like. The difference between these and the normal minecraft worlds is simply the limit of chunks.

Administrators must also be able to delete a world and increase the size of a world.
