Fry wrote I couldn't find your motherboard. Run CPU-Z and screenshot the mainboard section.
What should I type in on the start menu? I typed in CPU-Z and nothing came up (sorry if this is a dumb question, kind of not to well knowelged in RAM)
It's a program. It's not installed automatically on your PC. Also, no need to worry about losing your data. Make sure you're grounded and that the battery is out when installing it.
How can I ground my self, once again, not the greatest at computers.
Antistatic strap or simply be off carpet or anything staticy during the process. Ground yourself by touching a piece of metal before starting.

Herer you go [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
It can support up to 15 gigs. Since it only has two DIMM slots you'll need to buy two 8 gig RAM sticks. They MUST be 1333 latency as well.
So would Fry's choice of RAM work for me in that case?
Yes, 100%. Also, I meant to say 16 gigs not 15.

I can't find much on your motherboard, or at least your RAM options. Sorry.

Would you recommend anything else besides what Fry's choice was, and also thanks so much for all of your help!

I looked on newegg. Your selection of RAM was the best for the price. I saw some Corsairs for 2 dollars less but I'd prefer G-Skill if I ever bought RAM.

Glad I was of assistance. Have fun. Also, I'm just realizing it's an all-in-one and not a laptop. I hope it's easy to take apart. All all-in-ones I've messed with have been a PAIN to take apart. Clips, security screws, loads of warranty seals, etc... Keep in mind that if your PC is still in warranty, this WILL void it unless otherwise specified by Toshiba.
