I'm looking to buy a high quality pear of headphones but I don't really know what I'm looking for. Could anyone recommend some?

Price range: $100-150

The HFI-580 should be great for eletronic music and alright for indie rock. If you want to spend less, the Philips Citiscape Uptown and Jaycar Pro Monitor are both worth considering. The Jaycars are rebranded Yoga CD-880s, which makes them pretty much identical to the much more expensive Brainwavz HM5 and Fischer FA-003.
