What are all of the spots to find the hatch for the roof of the diner? I checked in the spawn and in the shed by the diner, but I don't know the other places and I couldn't find it just looking.

there is a shed (turbine) at the farm, there is a door in town (Semtex Room,Turbine again)

Also in between the two doors you open right at spawn, and to the right of the building station at the diner (I've only seen it there once though...).
