I've played Runescape since 2004. I've been a member since 2006 and I've seen the wilderness fall, but nothing comes close to EoC. With the Evolution of Combat comes much more than a PvP removal, we're talking a whole combat overhaul that I cannot even fathom. For one, you get experience for killing an NPC, not while you kill them. So, which would be better? Killing lower level NPC's at a faster rate, or killing higher levels at slow rates? I don't know but I think it's just crap. Why change when everything is just fine. I mean, seriously? I know I'm not alone, but I'm just fed up. On the verge of quitting.

something i found most annoying with the EoC is the change in ingame skill tab manuals, i found little to no information regarding variety of armours, weaponry etc available to me at each level specifically for defence.
I was basically left stranded with alot of high end gear before the Eoc such as royal dhide, sat in my bank needing defence levels along with these silly longbows changing to shield bows etc on a 1 defence pure.
and on my main finding that everything has changed again and i need to find out better balanced armours and weaponry along with this lovely lag from when you hit a number or click the action bar to when your character does something...

Dude, get over it. I've been playing for just as long as you have and Jagex actually added an update that required you to have skill to play this game. PvP is still alive, I'm in the wilderness more than half the time I am online. Once you realize that every game needs change to be successful, then you will understand that the EOC is a good thing.
