When ever I open my tray it will say opening... and when i try to close it it says closing... even if it is closed any idea on how to fix it

May I ask what xbox you have? By this, I mean the newest with the touch sensor, or the older one?


I will need to know the above info so I can tell you how to open the drive manually.

Ohhh, that happend to me, try tapping on the top of your xbox right above the drive or open it up and toy around with it a little see if you can see that problem. You may have to possibly buy a new drive.

Depending on what xbox he has, he can do the same as if his computer drive went out. You can remove the faceplate, on the older xbox, and use a paperclip to push the eject through the pinhole.
