343 Has Shamed The Halo Name!
343 Completely destroyed what halo was I'm a long time halo fan been playing it since 2001 but at its embarrassing to be a halo fan at this point. The campaign and multiplayer are terrible let me get more in to detail on this.
Campaign
- The campaign was short.
- reenacted scenes like when chief crashes down to Requiem its the same as the begging scene in halo 3 and in the last mission when you use the momentum of those rings to get to a platform its the same scene from halo 2 when chief does the same thing to bored the prophets ship.
- Campaign was to easy even on legendary.
- even with the new enemies the game still didn't feel interesting.
- The ending was terrible, The didact was made out to be a powerful being but all it took was one grenade to kill him.
- Many unexplained parts even when you watched all the terminal videos.
Multiplayer
- Everyone Camps. (Unlike any other halo i have ever played)
- Everyone and i mean everyone double teams.
- Everyone gets overpowered weapons due to ordnance drops. (Stupid idea really unbalances the game)
- Instead of being kicked out of scope when short your aimer just bounces up.
- The DMR as far to powerful.
- BR is 5 shot.( if the BR was mad a 4 shot weapon it would balance out the DMR and the BR because the DMR can shoot long distances when the BR can)
- Maps suck!.
- Glitches on the maps and with in the game.
- is not interesting.
- doesn't feel like halo.
Spartan ops
- Boring.
- Repetitive its always the same objective: kill enemies, stay alive, Clear LZ on a slightly different map.
- Every game is laggy online.
This is why halo 4 Sucks noting is even fun about the game any more I`m currently a 82 and want to stop playing i feel like I`m forcing myself to play the game. with all the camping and double teaming not even snipers is fun anymore the game just isnt halo anymore everything is overpowered, unbalanced, to much camping and double teaming and the BR isnt what is should have been 343 just really ruined this game i could add many more things but Ive honestly had it with this game and i was really exited for it but at this point im done 343 please NEVER try to make another halo game again you`ve ruined it enough just drop halo 5 and 6.

i agree with ya. Halo is becoming cod and getting worse .

I don't understand why so many people hate on Halo 4, but everyone is entitled to there own opinion..
I don't think 343 ruined Halo 4, not at all.
I can't quite comprehend what they've done wrong?
I found the campaign to be great.
Online, I out BR others while they have the DMR quite often. I don't find the DMR overpowered at all.
Everyone double teams? No, it's called Team shotting, it has been a concept of Halo for years.
The maps, they could add more IMO.. But I don't think they suck?
Spartan Ops, I mean it's not the funnest and yes it's repetitive but it's something to do?
And I'm not hating, only stating my opinion.

I think all of that is incorrect. Halo 4 is amazing EXCEPT FOR THE PEOPLE MODDING ARMOR!! WTF! I hope they get banned. I invested into having exclusive armor and being EXCLUSIVE but now everyone will have it unless they get perma banned. Hopefully in a week tops.

Halo 4 was brilliant!!!
It got 10/10 reviews (which it deserved)
it is fun and addictive.
Give it another shot and try to adapt.
it changed a few things up sure, but it was for the best. just because its not a halo 2/3 clone (which is what's wrong with it according to you) doesnt mean its bad.

The campaign was fine, I enjoyed playing it. And it was definately difficult on Legendary in my opinion.

I agree with you on the DMR it's overpowered, I still prefer the BR though.

Spartan Ops is alright, it gets boring sometimes, I enjoy beating the missions.
And the lag is a problem, but the older halos had this problem too.
And if you're already a 82, I think you've played it a little too much, any game gets boring when you have played it for too long.

I think they did well they listened of what the fans wanted to see. Campaign: amazing, you could actually connect to John and his experiences, he talks more in this game than he did in all the others combined!
SPOILER ALERT! Legendary ending!
Multiplayer: They did a extraordinary job on Infinity Slayer, here rated by IGN a 9.8 which is the highest scorer out of all the games they even reviewed!

In the end of the legendary ending they actually showed a slight second of John's face! Bungie would never had done that, EVER!

Well there are going to be unexplained parts. They have to work on Halo 5 to answer them, but it will also make you ask more. The ending was great. I am sure the Diadect isn't dead. He "died" too easy. I feel he will make a return. This was mainly a set up story for the next Halos. They were looking more at the human side of Chief and his relationship with Cortana.
People are going to camp because that is what this generation of gamers do. It's not 343's fault. It's Halo, you're suppose to double team. You are suppose to go in teams and team shoot people. It's how you play this type of game, always has been. Ordnance drops are only in Infinity playlists. Play Slayer Pro if it's a problem. The DMR is as good as it should be. It's going to be more powerful than the BR. The description even talks about the BR is meant mainly for medium range. The DMR is meant mainly for long range. Since the BR is burst, you are more likely to hit your shots. If you miss with the DMR, you are dead. It's balanced. I haven't ran into any glitches, but I am sure they will be patched in the future. I believe it feels a lot like Halo (but that's just an opinion.)
Spartan Ops are for those looking for a Co-op experience but want to level up as well. It also adds to the story, so there's that. It and the campaign are pretty laggy online, but it also helps if your connection, and the connection of the other players you are playing with, if good. I only had one laggy moment and it wasn't there the next day because my internet stopped being slow.
343 is a pretty great studio and I am glad they are the ones continuing the series.
