I am willing to mod anyones Halo 4 Profiles to unlock whatever you want from FOTUS to XP
But remember if you ask for XP mods then you will obviously be at risk.
I can mod the following:
-Emblems
-Weapons
-Spartan Points
-XP
-Armor
-Loadouts(Two Primaries without Firepower does not work)

Comment with one of the following:
DLC/Pre-Order Package(Less chance of getting Banned ATM)
FOTUS
CIO WEB
Oceanic CIRCUIT
Gnginir PULSE
HAZOP FROST
Venator RAPTOR

Recruit Emblems
Battle Rifle ARCTIC

REMINDER:Shut your mouth once you have your mods. Don't go mouthing off to everyone in Halo 4 how you got it. You will get banned easy that way and they will suspect this as well. So shut your mouth and enjoy what is given to you.

Only unlock Preorder and FOTUS items and you will be set. as long as people who got theirs modded don't go mouthing off to all of Halo 4 Lobbies saying they got theirs modded.
