Hey guys. My father and I want to get my mom a new computer for christmas. She works from home and does medical transcriptions, so most of her time is on Microsoft Word or on the internet. She currently has an old Dell laptop and it's going on 6 years old and it's time for an upgrade. Lately it's just been slowing down. I've come down to the following three desktops. She already has a monitor and keyboard as well as a mouse. We have a huge glass jar we fill with our left over change and we think we have around $500 in it. These are my main picks for what I would get her:

Out of the three of these what would you recommend. I'm leaning towards the Dell. Or do you have other suggestions? Normally I would opt to build one, but under the circumstance it's not a viable option. Also I was thinking about ordering one soon and taking it to my dad's office with him one weekend so I could plug it in and install everything she has as well as put on her files and photos. Any help is much appreciated guys. Also, HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

ASUS Essentio CM6730-US-2AD Desktop will do fine
on a work computer a i3 is more than enough and the ram and HDD are also more than enough.

the i5 is overkill for a machine thats not going to see any gaming, photo/video editing etc..

Prebuilts are bad for anything, even this.

8GB RAM, a strong i5, and 120GB of solid-state storage, and a $1 CPU cooler you can do whatever you want with (I don't believe it will fit in the Core 1000). I'd even recommend spending less on the tower and spending more making life easier for her with a higher-quality monitor, a mechanical keyboard, and a gaming (yes, really, they are the most comfortable and best-performing mice and that's good for everyone) mouse.
