It is not that cheap. You can find an AMD 7850 for the same price range and is a better performing card.

No, it's a lot better, especially with updated drivers.
You either have the poorest vision in the world or you do not know how to filter results.

Rebates are a joke. You send it in and you'll be lucky to get a confirmation 6 months later when you forget about it.
