1. Future dashboard updates. Update your XBOX RGH/JTAG from home! Simply e-mail us with your XBOX serial number and we will create a update NAND file and e-mail you all the information you need to update your console at home using a USB flash drive or J-Runner (NAND Flasher/DemoN)
3. Full NAND Backup CD including 2+ NAND Dumps and CPU Key.
4. Slim flashing service will include two Dummy.bin dumps.
5. Slim - Fan Mod
6. Phat - Thermal paste replacement and fan mod.
7. Phat - Removal of R6T3 resistor, read more HERE
Fan mod done via NAND edit not wire splicing and is not set to 100% but a mild 50-70% (depending on motherboard type). Significant cooling without the crazy noise of 100% Fan.

Front USB Replacement (broken, bent pins, etc): $15 Includes replacing of front USB Hub on Phat models.
DVD Drive Key Recovery - $20 Using a temporary RGH install we will recover the DVD Key via the XBOX NAND and either provide the key to you or flash it to a new DVD Drive or DVD Drive PCB (additional cost for replacement Drive or PCB). We stock reman/refurb drives and all Phat DVD PCB's. Requires Dashboard 14699 or below on Xenon/Zypher and 14719 or below on Opus/Falcon/Jasper.
Slim DVD Recovery may be available.
There may be an additional charge on Xenon models.
DVD Drive Key Recovery fee is not required if you are already sending the unit in for RGH service, unless a replacement drive/PCB is required.

Repair's (3RROD/E74/Freezing/Artifacting/No A/V)
We are no longer offering reflow service for most Phat models. Reflowing is more of a fix than a repair and it does not make sense to offer this service anymore. Reball has and will always be the superior repair method.
Reflow service available for Slims ONLY - $45
Phat Reball - $45
GPU will be lifted, desoldered, and reballed using lead based solder for longevity then welded back to the motherboard.
*If existing GPU is not usable there will be an additional charge for a replacement chip (see prices below). Should the existing chip have E74 it will need to be replaced regardless in MOST cases (ask for details)
Reball Warranty: 6-Months+, 30 days FULL, after 30 days buyer is responsible for return shipping both ways, however we are very flexble and always go the extra mile to make sure you, our customer, is satisfied.
