I decided to go pick up Black Ops 2 today at gamestop and when I got home it didn't have a code or anything for the map, it was also new not used. My friend said he bought it and still got the game without preordering?

If you didn't preorder the game, you don't get the map. Some stores sell the game with the map inside, some don't. It really is the luck of the draw.

I am pretty sure you can get it with 800MSP, not to sure though.
