First. Off I preordered from GameStop just the reg edition. Then at check out they got my mom into buying elite, I entered the code and everything but the one thing that I don't have is nuke town The multiplayer map. My question is should I call GameStop and tell them that they never gave me the code or is it included in the complex layout of cod elite?

Look inside your game case, and look at the 48hr thing and look on the back it should have Nuketown 2025 on it.

I think it should be in the Side of the Case. Im not sure because i got the hardened edition

Elite was made by Infinity Ward. Elite for black ops 2 is free, you get no maps with elite. You have to buy the season pass which is 4000 microsoft points
