whats the best patch for orginal gta 4 iso just trying to find the best patch please need help

what is the best latest patch

I don't know what you mean by "Trying to find the best patch" ? Just download the files and Replace in "Xbox Up Backup"

(Example)

Common - Duck's v1.4 - mediafire.com/download.php?89h1bb74e3kwo9u

Scripts - dudeeitsbrian's Script Mods - mediafire.com/?gey5d2awftwbf56

Download them you are good to go And then just replace in your ISO.

if your trying to get a script mod get the newest ones which is the xmc v3 you can do a shit load a stuff search it up on youtbe first and if you like get but i recommend it
