Hm, I have multiple views on it.

Yes, I do believe that a zombie apocalypse could happen, maybe not as thorough as The Walking Dead (which is in fact one of the best shows ever made) but take a look at the guy in Miami, he was on some crazy drug, perhaps PCP or bathsalts and he chewed some guys face off; is that not partly what a zombie does?

Although I do think it's possible, I do believe we are far away from one. Of course not everyone would start doing bathsalts out of the blue and we would go around eating people, but say some crazy virus that shuts down the brain and causes skin to rot starts spreading, it would take a WHILE for the virus to spread through the whole planet. Idk if you have seen the movie contagion, but the major virus that broke out killed 2 million within a year. Seeing that there is 8 - 9 billion people on this earth, it would take a while for it to infect all of us; and in that long range of time, I do think it would get resolved or there would be a cure made.

What I think could not happen; people portray zombies as the "living dead" or people that are dead that came back to life and they go around chewing people's faces off. Now that I think, is impossible.

Closest things to zombies would be a disease like in 28 weeks later and days where humans turn into a mood of uncontrollable rage. ( and eat people for some weird reason)

hey it could happen because there are alot of theories on how they could happen and some of them have been proved opinion is what makes the world go around

That Is Just really weird but the government would cover it up because there would be civil unrest and riots and other things
