Edit 2: Youtube link [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and also use the tut in a FEW HOURS WHEN IGN HAS CODES GENERATED SO THAT IS WHY IT IS NOT SHOWING UP

1.Alright so first off you will need

Google Chrome [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

2. Now you will want to delete all of your cookies in settings-->show advance settings--> Content Settings--> All cookies and site data and press delete all.

3.Now go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and they should have a halo 4 double XP ad playing on the front page just let the ad play and you get 1 free code of double XP on a orange cap.

4.Copy and Paste the Code in notepad or other document programs.

5.Go back to settings (by doing what i told you in step 2) and delete all cookies again,
once the cookies are deleted go back to ign and get another free double xp code and repeat the process for as many times as you want.

(NOTE) If you are not wanting to use a document program and just want to use 10 codes at once at dewxp.com it will not work because they will not remember you and your session on the site will expire. I dont know if that made sense

EDIT 1: IGN will fix the problem with the blank caps soon, as they have to generate more codes. A video will be up soon if instructions are confusing.

Do you need to be in the US or UK? I am in portugal and it doesnt show up that ad, send me a direct link to it maybe?

Yeah my friend in the UK said hes not seeing it either but my friend in California is seeing so US only but Ill give you a 2 codes just 'cause
